CELEBRATING THE DIVINE FEMININE

When: Saturday, June 21, 2025, 10AM - 2PM
Where: The Lord's New Church at 1725 Huntingdon Road, Huntingdon Valley PA 19006, and virtually on Zoom.
Female humans, as well as males, were created in the image and likeness of the Divine, which implies a Divine Feminine that is manifested in all that is feminine, or all that expresses feminine energy. We will explore the Biblical and Swedenborgian basis for understanding and celebrating the Divine Feminine, from both male and female perspectives. The retreat will take place once again at the Lord’s New Church in Bryn Athyn, PA, and on Zoom. The day's schedule will be:
10:00 - 10:15 AM: Morning Tea/Coffee, Welcome and Opening Remarks
10:15 - 11:15 AM: Lori Nelson presents Michael David's paper "On the Divine Feminine"
11:15 - 11:45 AM: Activities: Divine Feminine crafts, Divine Feminine songs, Labyrinth walking, or Spiritual Path walk.
11:45 - 12:30 PM: Lunch
12:30 - 1:30 PM Tirah Keal presents her paper, "Labor of Love: My Search for the Divine Feminine."
1:30 - 2:00 PM: Discussion time and cleanup.
