This guided meditation with Tryn Rose Seley helps you create space for your heart and mind, practice saying no with clarity, and set healthy boundaries to protect your energy and relationships. Inspired by Matthew 9:22 and Emanuel Swedenborg, it encourages faith, healing, and spending time with loving, truthful longings that connect you with angels.

Rev. Sage Cole reflects on how intentions shape spiritual life, citing Jesus and Swedenborg, and says regeneration requires examining and healing selfish, ego-protective motives. She encourages honest self-examination, choosing higher intentions such as “be love, be honest, be useful,” to live more fully in love of the neighbor, the Creator, and oneself.

Rev. Gabriella Cahaley briefly introduces Reiki —“divinely guided life force energy”—and recites the Five Reiki Principles as a daily grounding practice. Repeat “just for today” to release anger and worry, practice gratitude, work honestly and diligently, and be kind to every living being, including yourself.

Rev. Renee Machiniak leads a reflection and prayer for physical, mental, and spiritual healing, honoring different paths to the Divine in line with Swedenborgian theology, while trusting God hears prayer. She draws on several Biblical sources that affirm hope, invite quiet waiting, and offer a blessing of healing, peace, and truth.

Rev. Roslyn Taylor continues her Revelation series, describing the conflict between Michael’s angels and the red dragon (Satan), focusing on the line that the faithful overcame because they “did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die.” She offers a Swedenborgian interpretation about loosening materialism and self-centered desires, and welcoming the Divine One’s reign in our spiritual lives.

Tryn Rose Seley reflects on a season of fatigue, community struggles, and recent losses, and explains that resilience is built through small everyday choices that restore peace and energy. She invites viewers to reset with a few deep breaths, simple practices, and faith-based reminders of help and care.

In this Spiritual Reflection, Rev. Sage Cole reflects on a wood carving titled "The Ascension," connecting the Christian image of Jesus' ascension to her own understanding of personal ascension as ongoing regeneration and spiritual growth. She shares how mentorship, friendship, and moments of heaviness have shaped her journey toward embodiment, wholeness, and trust in the eternal.

Rev. Gabriella Cahaley explains that meditation doesn’t fix your problems, but builds mindful awareness of your physical sensations, thoughts, and surroundings in the present moment. She shares a Biblical quote from Matthew about not worrying about tomorrow, inviting continued meditation for peace.

Rev. Renee Machiniak explores the Swedenborgian concept of “remains”—childhood innocence and goodness preserved as a spiritual lifeline that supports regeneration and keeps us connected to Divine Love. She invites viewers to cherish early memories to nurture this inner spark, and to trust that the Divine protects such holiness in other people even amid division.
